Individual Therapy
What issues do you help people with?
I help clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-worth, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, men's issues, and personal growth.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is extremely important. Therapy is confidential except in specific situations required by law, which will be discussed during the informed consent process.
Can therapy really help?
Research consistently shows that therapy can significantly improve emotional well-being, relationships, coping skills, and overall life satisfaction when clients actively participate in the process.
How often should I attend therapy?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As progress is made, appointments may become less frequent based on your goals and needs.
Couples Counseling
Do both partners have to attend?
Yes. Couples counseling is most effective when both partners are actively engaged in the process and committed to improving the relationship.
What if my partner doesn't want counseling?
You can still benefit from individual counseling. Positive changes in one partner often influence the overall dynamics of the relationship.
What if we've been fighting for years?
Long-standing conflict doesn't necessarily mean change is impossible. With commitment and the right tools, many couples learn healthier ways to communicate and reconnect.
Can counseling save our marriage?
While no therapist can guarantee an outcome, counseling can help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, resolve conflict, and make informed decisions about their future.
Those who are committed to doing the work and consistently apply the skills learned in sessions have historically achieved better outcomes than those who use the skills inconsistently or fail to do so altogether.
What communication skills do you teach?
I teach practical communication skills that help couples reduce defensiveness, improve listening, increase understanding, and resolve conflict more effectively.
Do you work with couples recovering from infidelity?
Yes. Rebuilding trust after betrayal is challenging, but with honesty, accountability, and consistent effort, healing is possible.
Do you provide premarital counseling?
Yes. Premarital counseling helps couples strengthen communication, clarify expectations, navigate conflict, and build a strong foundation before marriage.
Men's Counseling
What issues do you help men with?
I help men navigate stress, anxiety, relationships, fatherhood, emotional regulation, self-worth, career challenges, identity, and personal growth.
Is therapy different for men?

Groups & Workshops
What groups do you offer?
